Our Energy Transition Route

Reducing environmental impact is one of the main goals of Valbruna strategy and this emerges by the last investments in the Canadian plant, the production facility acquired in 2019, including a new evacuation system that will reduce melt shop fugitive emissions by 80%. This innovative technology captures up to 99% of the dust with the support of state-of-the-art filters that prevent the dispersion of 135 tons from the production process into the atmosphere every year.

Company Profile & Activities

Valbruna produces and distributes Stainless Steel & High Nickel alloys long products available in ingots, blooms, billets, reinforcing bars, threaded rods, forged bars, hot rolled and cold drawn, peeled/reeled and centerless ground in round, hexagonal, flat, square and angle profiles; wire rod and wire. Four facilities (Italy, USA and Canada) produce 300.000 tons/year in a wide range of more than 700 grades, distributed through 42 subsidiaries worldwide.
